FACILITY USE AGREEMENT

A. Priorities 1. All requests for facilities usage will be evaluated according to the Mission of the Hope Summit Christian Church: To help people become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. 2. It is understood that use of these facilities is by the sole discretion of the Hope Summit Christian Church and that use may be altered or restricted by program needs of the church. 3. Permission for extended use of these facilities is subject to periodic review. 4. Use of these facilities by non-members may be limited or restricted at the discretion of the Hope Summit Christian Church. B. General Rules 1. These facilities are Smoke Free. 2. No drugs or alcoholic beverages are permitted. 3. Permission for use is limited to the area assigned (all other areas are off limits). 4. Users are responsible for set up and also are required to return area back to way it was found. 5. Groups/Individuals that leave the facilities in an unacceptable condition may be denied permission for future use and/or charged for cleaning, repair or replacement expenses. 6. Requests for a change of facilities on late notice may be denied for logistical reasons. 7. The party arranging for use of these facilities is responsible for the conduct of his/her group and for their compliance with the rules of this Facility Use Agreement. C. Rules Governing Use of Indoor Recreational Areas 1. The Worship Center may be used for multi-purpose recreational activities. 2. Any activity that results in contact with walls and/or ceiling is prohibited. 3. No hard balls, such as baseballs or softballs shall be allowed. 4. Hope Summit Christian Church is not responsible for injuries.

The church office will notify you regarding the approval or denial of request. Rental fees are due ONE WEEK PRIOR to the event. Checks are to be made payable to Hope Summit Christian Church. Payment may be mailed or delivered to the church office any non-holiday between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Mon-Thursday.
