Waiver of Liability

for Parking on Church Property

By submitting your name (the signer and submitter) you (the signer and submitter) acknowledge that you are voluntarily parking a vehicle in the parking lot of Hope Summit Christian Church. Understanding that there are inherent risks associated with parking the vehicle on the Hope Summit Christian Church property, including but not limited to, risks of damage to my vehicle or its contents, or injuries to myself or others.

You understand that in doing so Hope Summit Christian Church is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of parking on this property. I agree to release, identify, and hold harmless Hope Summit Christian Church, its employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my use of the parking lot.

By parking your vehicle on Hope Summit Christian Church’s property, you agree to abide by all posted rules and regulations and to comply with any additional instructions provided by Church staff..
